Roofing has been his only career. Fresh out a high school Nick took an interest to the skilled trades. It's the only career he's ever had and he has known every type of roofing application from hot tar and rubber to metal and asphalt shingle with everything in between. There's no surprises with Nick...he's involved in every area. Sometimes you'll see him on a sales calls, you'll definitely see him in all aspects of production, and he likes to shake your hand and get your A-O.K. and walk over the job when everything's completed! Nick has six children and three grandchildren and loves to spend all his extra time with his family and doing ministry. He plays guitar specifically worship music with his in-house Fellowship.

Michelle graduated from Lakeland college and has several degrees in business and marketing with a minor in Spanish. She was top sales producer in all her previous careers until she hung it up to go full-time with her husband and his business 14 years ago and has never regretted it!

Michelle handles areas of marketing, sales,the weekly meetings with our in-house team and our contractors.

Michelle homeschools her children, councils in naturopathic health, helps with their house fellowship, helps facilititate stateside for Earthandwater.org, is President of PROM Ministries, and loves to fish and read.

Grace went to Lakeshore Technical College for photography and takes pride in quality customer service. Today she uses her skills to perform a variety of services, such as scheduling appointments, managing social media, providing photography and videography services, and implementing marketing strategies. In her free time, Grace likes to play the guitar, read, jog and paint.

Meet Marcie - Site Supervisor at Gellings Roofing and Siding

Marcie is the new Site Supervisor here at Gellings Roofing & Siding! In her role, Marcie will talk to customers before and after their projects, as well as inform neighbors about upcoming work. Having worked in various construction roles, from drywall finishing to tiling, Marcie has enjoyed them all. She looks forward to furthering her knowledge of the construction industry and exploring the growing opportunities here at Gellings.

Outside of work, Marcie remains very hands-on, enjoying her many hobbies, including creating mosaic birdbaths, kayaking, skydiving (with over 250 jumps!), making music, and most of all... fishing! Marcie is happily married with one daughter. We are thrilled to have her join us.

With over 18+ in retail customer sales & service, Rich is here to make your construction project seamless from the initial call to ordering your project materials, deliveries, dumpsters, and scheduling of your project. Rich also handles the warranty process and our customer reviews. Rich is involved from the first call to the end of the project. Rich is President of Centreville Settlement Inc., V.P. of the Lions Club, a Fish and Game Member, and a volunteer Firefighter. He loves to hunt and fish and hang out with friends and family.

Mike has over 36 years working with all aspects involving roofing, siding, and windows. His focus is sales and customer satisfaction. Mike is also a realtor.
Mike is a Chaplain for American Legion in Kewaskum and for the Fond du Lac County Sheriffs Department.

We are thrilled to welcome Sam to the Gellings family! With a passion for golfing, Bible study, and quality time with his fianc, Sam brings a unique blend of interests and experiences to our team. His love for building relationships shines through, both in his personal life and his professional endeavors.

Coming from a background in banking, Sam has a strong foundation in customer service and a keen eye for detail. Alongside his fianc, Hannah, and her son, Weston, Sam values family and connection above all else.

Dylan, our lead repair technician, is passionate about quality work and continuous learning. As the oldest of four brothers in a lively family, he values teamwork and building strong relationships.

Outside of work, Dylan enjoys golfing, spending time with loved ones, and exploring podcasts and books on theology, fitness, and self-improvement. His curiosity about other trades enhances his versatility on the job, making him a dedicated and skilled member of our team.

Justin Arndt, our project manager, combines a love for family with a deep commitment to his work. A devoted husband and father, Justin enjoys spending his free time watching sports, golfing, fishing, and hunting. His many years in the trades provide him with the experience he brings to Gellings today.

When she's not busy with those activities, she enjoys hanging out with close friends and caring for her cat, Kitty-Kitty/Sweets/Orchid. With 21 years of experience in various office roles, Rosalee has a passion for bookkeeping and numbers. She enjoys helping small businesses thrive and being part of a supportive team. Rosalee is excited to bring her expertise to Gellings and contribute to our success with her number-crunching skills.
